Since 2014, Melissa has been involved in the daily operations and financial management of investment properties, including accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, 1099 preparation, property inspections, lease preparation, and ongoing property management responsibilities. Her attention to detail, dedication, and understanding of property ownership have shaped her commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Recognizing that real estate is more than just owning property, Melissa obtained her California real estate license to expand her ability to serve property owners and future investors. With a passion for helping families create long-term financial opportunities, she is focused on assisting clients who are looking to purchase their first investment property, grow an existing real estate portfolio, or explore opportunities to sell or divest their investments.
